李明道

設計師、藝術家,為台灣流行音樂創作許多令人矚目的經典設計,對市場帶來深遠的影響,我們熟悉的羅大佑、陳昇、伍佰、阿妹、五月天….等包裝都是他的作品。

Akibo也跨足數位藝術創作,展覽遍及台北、香港、上海、東京、紐約….等地。近年來他創作一系列的機器人作品,從純藝術創作擴及到商業品牌、表演藝術、公共藝術到等各個領域,作品在未來科幻、本土色彩與華麗繁複之間,創造出深具魅力的個人風格。

Akibo曾獲2008、2012、2014年公共藝術獎、擔任2009高雄世運開幕秀、2010北燈會巨型投影秀 藝術總監,2011國際平面設計展「潮間代」策展人,2015台北地景公共藝術節 計畫主持人,2016台北白晝之夜、2017總統府元旦升旗音樂會藝術總監。


As a designer and an artist, Akibo Lee has created memorable and celebrated designs for many Taiwanese pop singers, including Lo Ta-Yu, Bobby Chen, Wubai, A-Mei, Mayday, etc., spurring lasting impacts on the market.

Akibo is also an interdisciplinary artist that has exhibited in Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, New York, and other places in the world. In recent years, he has created a series of robot creations, charming people with a fictional, local and splendid style, extending his career from fine art into commercial branding, performing art, and public art.

Akibo received the Public Arts Awards in 2008, 2012 and 2014. He was the artistic director for the opening performance of the 2009 World Games in Kaohsiung and the 2010 Taipei Lantern Festival grand-scale projection show. In 2011, he curated the International Graphic Design Exhibition in Taipei. And in 2015, he was the project manager for Taipei Public Arts Festival. He was also the artistic director for the 2016 Nuit Blanche Taipei and the 2017 New Year Concert.

三頭六臂是Akibo為2011年台北國際設計⼤展所創作的⾓⾊,意喻每位設計師都是無所不能的創作者。後來Akibo給三頭六臂⼀個
暱稱SeiGei,就是設計的台語。 SeiGei, having three heads and six limbs, was designed by Akibo for the Taipei World Design Expo in 2011. The creation indicates that designers are creators with infinite abilities. Akibo has nicknamed the robot "SeiGei", which means ”design” in Taiwanese.

2004年為了思念遠在溫哥華的兩個兒⼦,他創作了AkiAkis.com網路故事;講述Fu、Tano、Bubble三個機器⼈⼀起潛⽔探險的故
事,是Akibo最早創作的機器⼈⾓⾊。 In 2004, missing his two sons in Vancouver, Akibo created the online story "AkiAkis.com". The story portraits an undersea adventure of three robots, Fu, Tano and Bubble, which were the earliest robots created by Akibo.
